Job Responsibilities:

1、Improve molds and fixtures to improve production efficiency and product quality;

2、Repair connectors, terminals, and housings according to drawings, independently maintain molds, and be proficient in the manufacturing and processing process of hardware molds

3. Be able to operate grinders and punching machines skillfully, understand the relevant knowledge of stamping molds, and be familiar with stamping molds, processing, mold testing and related product experience

4.Have rich analysis and improvement capabilities for problems after mold testing;

5.Develop work plans and follow up on progress to complete the requirements of the demand department on time;

6.Collect the demand department's opinions on mold improvement, and achieve excellence through continuous improvement;

7.Develop equipment maintenance plans, safely and effectively carry out equipment maintenance work; do a good job in on-site 5S management

8.Scientifically manage, train and fairly evaluate subordinate employees, and motivate department employees;

9.Assist employees to solve problems and enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of department employees;
